First, test and engineer should not be used together. QA doesn't "engineer" anything.
And second, it doesn't seem like the testing group is any good anyway. They obviously didn't catch the overheating issues on the app processor.
Let's get rid of 30-50% of test so we can redeploy the money on hiring developers.
