Would anyone care to share what kind of severance package they are giving people this time around?

I got an excellent severance deal because I am so freaking awesome and I swallow.

I got an "enhanced" severance that was 12 weeks, despite working there for less than 5 years.

The policy has wording to suggest granted years. Looking for real data

severance is only for years with the company not experience before. the experience is only used to determine vacation allowance.

5 years HAL + 5 years another company = 10 weeks of severance

If you still have access to halworld, check company business practice 4-11236-us, severance-us. It's under HR policies

They have to cash your unused vacation. Did they give for credited years if you came from another company? For instance, if you worked 5 years elsewhere and 5 years with Hal , then severance would be for 10 years. My original offer letter granted me years served, but not sure if that would apply on severance

I've heard 2 weeks pay. 1 week pay for every complete year of service and buying of vacation (flex days only or total, no one has specified to me).
