I know of one person that volunteered because they were to retire in two months and guess what?? Yup, still there.

There were several that DID volunteer. I know of 5 personally, but there are never enough volunteers, especially in this market. They need a 6 month's pay and insurance package to get more volunteers.
Volunteered?? Everyone I know including myself did not volunteer. Not sure where you heard that.
If they lay off many more from here, they can almost shut the doors.
No, not by a long shot. Last week was mainly ones who volunteered. Just waiting for the orders we do have to be filled and then axe will fall big time.
