It's true!!! Who hires an accountant to run a manufacturing facility?!?!!! Biggest dumb asses I've ever worked for. Not to mention they destroy all moral in every employee. I have never in my many years in this business worked for such a group of people who take pride in not giving a shit about their employees. Nor have I ever worked for management where the root word of management couldn't be more inaccuate.

You got that one right, got the most screwed up management system on the planet. Hires people at exorbitant rates who know nothing about the job they have to perform. Especially rife in the UK where HR and QHSE rule the roost, costing the company millions and doing nothing to raise the morale or productivity. Probably the worst managed company I have ever seen and I watched it get worse and worse over my long spell there. Seems to be a company wide trait going by what I hear and what I've seen !!!
