I am thinking isnt it good idea. Anybody having experience doing same? How is people there good? I google see Westheimer looks normal food.

No, it is a very soft paper that is used to cleans one's own rear after using the toilet. The paper is then thrown into the toilet and it is flushed. Another great thing is that most wash closets there have toilets as opposed to a sanitary hole. I kid you not that it is very good for the nose not to have to smell so much of the excrement from the hole. Even public places have toilets and they are free to use. The water in the toilet is clean enough to drink, if you were so inclined, but I only use to wash sometimes. That is another great thing there is that they have public water that is safe to drink; No more buying bottled water or dipping from the rain hole.
We use something called toilet paper here.
