Why does Sperry Canada need a "service quality manager", "Operations Manager", & an "area PSL manager"? I think they could do with at least one of those positions gone. My Sperry district doesn't have 3 positions like that. Shouldn't the operations manager oversee service quality, while the PSL manager oversee operations? Wow....
