Now how does this apply to people who work off the clock or do overtime?
So now we have this auto scheduling doing the work. Right, the shitheads we call team leaders are going to dip their fingers to schedule you the way their want. Just another waste of money and time. Team Leaders & ASTL keep licking your fingers of shit that you been poking regional asses from and help team members. Especially the ones in the NE.
You won't automatically be deducted to part time. Your hours will be based on status which means people who were comfortable being scheduled outside their status (as if they were full time when really they are pt team members) will now be scheduled actual pt hours. Teams are screwed if your TMs have limited availability. Those were the hardest conversations to have, but demoting someone to pt is bs. They either already were pt or their availability is unworkable at this point (8in which case your TL is a dick and won't work with you or your team is just that constrained for availability)
