So i've been passed over on a "sure thing" promotion 3 times now, to be replaced by an attractive, incompetent young female (i can't figure out HOW she got my position) and now i'm being told i don't get a year end bonus (in march) like everyone else because i had to leave early a few times last year to deal with family issues at home...Talk about incentive to keep kicking a$$ for a $hitty company who refuses to recognize integrity.... F my life, don't work for L-3, i'm warning you. And they don't pay $&@!

Yeah no doubt! Who gets year end bonuses? I just get taxed 4 hours each week to stay "on schedule".
Submit a complaint to ethics for an FMLA violation.

Wait, who gets end-of-the-year bonuses? The only thing I've ever seen is the Turkey or Smiths gift card for a Holiday bonus.
Ask for proof that your personal issues affected your job performance....also bring up the lowlifes who WORK FROM HOME,,, yeah sure..
