This guy has long been fired and arrested for other reasons. To imply that this was company strategy if if happened is utter bs. There are a few rotten apples everywhere.

If Qualcomm is in such a great position in terms of technology and patents why do they have to engage in unethical behavior to gain business in China ?
Doesn't forcing engineering teams that conclude an interviewee is not qualified to be hired destroy moral ?
Why wasn't the executive who drove these illegal hiring decisions identified and fired ? If the practice is so widespread the SEC had enough evidence to take action, I have to assume this is common practice. They did not even make an effort to cover their tracks.
Working at Qualcomm certainly no longer carries any prestige. What percentage of current Qualcomm employees were hired due kickbacks, inappropriate hiring practices, and racial favoritism ? At this point is having Qualcomm on your resume a liability, as your credentials can no longer be trusted ?
What other underhanded and deceptive behavior does Qualcomm engage in, that will eventually come back to haunt shareholders and employees ?
