march 7 has cone and im gone after years and years. No hard feelings im moving on to new episode in my life. Weve just closed all the bases were I was working and shipped everything off to other locations. As look back over the years it seems our Managers or accounts didnt put much to one side for such down turns. We bounced back after 2010 fown turn only to make same mistakes again. WFT is to large with to many departments. It needs to focus on on just a few product lines. At the momment its a mess with lits of product lines thst suck up well managed product lines cash flow. The makes a good product run in the red.
Oddly enough, they're hiring right now at my location. My concern is that it's just to get rid of the more experienced hands, eventually. Such a BS company.
The list is for the Federal Government it is required when large amounts of people get laid off. Federal law and no names just positions
Except they've already announced the scope of the layoffs. They've announced the numbers.
"Layoff Announcement" does not mean a list of names. Get real...of course that won't happen, but a description of the scope of the layoff, locations, numbers etc. could be part of it.
No company gives out a list of everybody laid off for just anybody in said company to read. Besides they HAVE been laying people off. People could be laid off at any time from now until the first half of the year is over. This is bs.
this is a bullshit company. They are getting rid of good people and keeping all the ass kissers to save their jobs. typical company in addition ,too many managers that don't know what the hell they doing which is very obvious and that's why the company is going to the ground.
Distributed to who?
They won't tell you because you might get hurt right before the official layoff.
