I have no idea where everyone gets that Sears is laying off workers. They are not laying off workers. They are eliminating jobs. There is no layoff too it.

In my office, EVERYONE is looking. Corporate attitude is "If you don't like it, there's the door" or you should "consider yourself lucky that you have a job."
