Why would Chevron have activated the warn notice for Louisiana and not forTexas?

What about California WARN notice? Does anyone know if and whenit isto beissued andwhat are the implications to days on payroll?
@Ge58dfm-1klo, I wanted to be let go but they needed me to stay and help clean out the dead wood, such as yourself. Hopefully when that gig is complete, I can take my severance and blow this popstand! I have had so many job offers in the last 6 months it's not even funny.

Texas will be issues between April 7-11 when all of those left standing will be notified. they will then have 60 more days on the payroll.
LA notice was related to manpower reduction due to selling of Shelf properties

The Warn Act requires a 60 day notice. Louisiana received their notice weeks ago for the 385 job cuts. I wish the best to everyone and can only hope Chevron give packages to those with the points/years and desire to go and allow the younger workforce continue on....if they are in fact the exceptional employees.
I think we will see the Texas Warn notice on April Fools Day, It falls on the Friday prior to the employee notifications.
Why soil a new one be needed? And since workers stay on payroll for 60 days, we technically don't have to issue a WARN notice until the day they are notified that they are left standing.
Are you looking at 2015 or 2016? Texas does not list anything for Chevron for 2016.
Previous warn notices listed each Chevron address with numbers at each location.
Care to tell us the TX number? All I see is the 2015 notice.
The Texas one was issued awhile ago.
The Louisiana list includes Lafayette - the office and the training center.

I see 385 Covington NorthPark listed in the LA 2016 Warn Notices. Nothing for Lafayett.
There's a warning that has been issued to look out for dead wood floating down da bayou.
why can't op just tell us the numbers for LA and TX?
Texas Warn does not list Chevron. The file on the website was last updated 2/292016. So it must have been filed very recently.
