How can the biggest snake in the Waynoka office after being investigated still have a job? Is it because he cooperated and threw his brother in law under the bus? He is the longest tenured foreman out of the Waynoka office in the North Alva area and he has his hand in every single cookie jar and gets a piece of the pie from all over like the house and shed he now owns and the vacations he takes with contractors slash friends!!! If you aren't going to chop the head off the biggest snake then why did you even come and investigate? Just slap him on the wrist way too go CHK I see your investigators were absent the day they talked about investigations at whatever Vo-tech you send them too!!! Now he is going to make our lives a living hell because you didn't cut him!!! Thx for nothing!!!

Hey original poster, Why don't you put your name out and see how many people stick up for you? You wanna call good hands out on bullshit deals and people stick up for him? Good! Let's see how respected you are? But we all know you won't, you would rather talk shit behind a computer and try to cause hell for somebody else. I read this crap from time to time but take it as a grain of salt, I don't bleed the chk colors but I appreciate every damn thing they have done for me over the years, you my friend are the people that need weeded out! And I think you probably will be. RM is a damn good hand and I'm glad to call him a coworker. Hell I don't even think he likes me! But I am smart enough to know that personalitys don't always match and not everybody always sees eye to eye, but I still can't take that he is a good leader.
Gates were shut last Thursday . Multiple office employees were terminated and escorted off CHK property by local law enforcement , and corporate security.
Security has secured the gate at this time .
Corruptopn and misconduct that has been going on a long time is finally being seen by corporate . Sad thing is several good employees who attempted to inform corporate in the past were let go for speaking up ( by the ones who were escorted out on Thursday )

Everytime I dealt with a foreman in Waynoka, they were always extremely helpful. I don't understand the hate on this thread at all.
Or when the right opportunity comes my way I can move away from Waynoka , Oklahoma ! I for one am not " stuck " in NW Oklahoma . I have many years of experience and will be more than happy to take my skills an knowledge elsewhere where it is appreciated .

As a Waynoka employee I can say I'm so sick and tired of all the BS ! There are many , many employees who shouldn't be here any more . There are also some really good employees whom are being targeted by those living in fear of their paychecks !
Everyone needs to just do their jobs and relax , the truth of things will be exposed and hopefully Mr Lawler can figure it out .
Some seem blinded to the truth , while others are scared of the truth of their own wrongdoings being exposed ! Those who live in fear are the ones whom lash out and go after everyone else in an attempt to deflect attention away from themselves .
I choose to sit back and quietly watch as only time will expose the entire truth about employees , about what kind of leadership CHK honestly has , who should still be employed and who shouldn't . I personally an seeking employment elsewhere due to seeing first hand misconduct in Waynoka several months back ... Just quietly taking my time and watching at this point , something better will surely come my way .

He does it every single day. How many lives did you screw up this week with you petty lies? Because you don't do your job? YOU sir are not what we need in our company. If someone is really doing something wrong, then yes, it needs to be reported. You have no idea what you are talking about. He went skiing with other families. Yes, one works for one of the companies that do work for us, but guess what dumbass????? Reciepts......proof that he should not have ever had to give.......prove HE PAID FOR EVERYTHING!!!! This is ridiculous. Anyone that questions this man's character work ethic or leadership skills should not be employed at chk. He is the standard for what we should strive to be like as chk employees. It's very sad that someone can hide behind a computer spreading lies to try and terminate people they don't like. I developed a professional relationship with him over 10 years ago that is still going strong today. Over the past 10 years I've witnessed him sacrifice time away from his family, friends, and his own personal interest for the sake of Chesapeake. I can still hear him committing to "ride for the brand".
I've held world wide consulting positions for one of the largest oilfield service companies in the world. Worked with people from small independents to super majors. I can say with confidence that I've never met anyone in my professional career that has the integrity, commitment, and drive for excellence as this man.
His professional character spills over into the personal side of our business as well. He is the ultimate Teammate and will NEVER forsake his team or miss an opportunity to develop someone that is willing to put in the work. He is an excellent coach off the field as well as he gives his time to help kids develop into athletes and contributors to society.

You have no idea how much he has sacrificed for his family to make sure each one of his DESERVING employees received the best compensation and bonuses he could get them. I have seen this man leave his house in the middle of the night just to make sure his pumper wasn't alone at a well that was causing problems. Did he have to be there? No! Not much more that can be said. This individual is a great employee, great boss, and great friend. It is astounding that his ethics and values are even being questioned. This person would go to bat for anybody as long as it was right and just. Obviously, if you have something bad to say, then you are most likely not doing your job correctly or following the Chesapeake code of ethics. I have known and worked for this individual for many years. He has made me a better employee and man. I greatly appreciate everything he has done for me.

This man has worked hard for Chesapeake and holds himself and his employees to high and honest standards. The people that are spreading these lies about him obviously do not have these same standards. These rumors are coming from jealousy and hold no truth. This man has worked hard for what he has and has never been handed anything. The people with all the negative comments could learn a thing or two from this. For the lease operator that lost his job, prayers to him and his family. You did not deserve any of this and have always done an above standards job for this company. This is a known fact.
