Alright folks. Obviously there is a lot of complaints going on but the truth of the matter is it's all false. I'm an American "status collector" as you call it.
Now these immigrants work like a race horse. You give 'em deadlines they deliver. You ask for design/coding work they do it. And they work very diligently also very tirelessly.
Compare that to Americans that:
"Leave early to take their dog to the vet"
"Don't come to office to run errands"
"Come in hungover and don't perform good"
"Go out for lunch and disappear for 2-3 hours"
"Take it easy at the office, call their friends etc"
"Pick their kids up from school, take them to soccer, baseball, etc practice"
Why the hell would I hire this over a hard working immigrant. If you don't like it work hard or go do HR, PR, teach English, design your jewelry or whatever the hell other easy job there is out there.
Employers still have to pay prevailing wage to immigrant workers so all your whining and complaining really is just you being lazy, knowing this and being unhappy with yourself.
Get back to work and do something useful or don't complain when you are laid off or get a crappy perf rating.
