I know we had "the pep talk" about no layoffs in our asset , I am sure it is ultimately to get everyone back to work instead of looking for the nearest bridge to jump off. No one believes we are not having layoffs No One. It is inevitable but lets be real we have no work not little work NO work at all in the office, cut office hours from 8-3 no one is in the buildings its creepy and sad. There is no reason for any field positions to be eliminated when we are literally just sitting there. Some managers have people trying to reinvent the wheel to bide time but its not working cut office hours and cut contractors quit messing around!!!!! It is time for action

It is absurd , apparently now we have to go give up printers.....really ? How many jobs in the Rockies is that actually going to save?
No monopoly on absurdity. Zero job postings but ConocoPhillips continues to staff recruiting. The jobs posted are interns, marine and a few odd jobs with managers so horrific no internal candidates would consider the role. The interns now hate ConocoPhillips after the mass of rescinded offers. The marine entity is an asset of value to be sold. The current supervisors of the odd jobs posted should be fired immediately.
