Hiring has been going on at my location. My concern it that it's to replace the more experienced workers. WFT is total BS.

If you don't want to work for a corporation try working for a small company and compare benefits and insurance .
Sure it does, companies don't care about you, all they care about is their stock holders. They shop the world for the cheapest labor and the labor unions have all caved into two tier pay levels. Companies can't wait to get rid of the senior employed and hire someone new for half the wages.
This makes no sense
