How many expats (TCO, IBU, etc.) will be relocating back to their home countries (USA, UK, AUS, etc.) as part of the ESP?

sorry to say , but many including myself are unemployed. A few of the butt leaches got your job here or stayed with their buddies overseas
Just got my green card but they told me I'm still an expat.
Some expats can apply for 4 positions. Is there even any chance that any will receive one?

1500 back to CNAEP is the number that was reported in the tow halls.
Once they are unemployed they can go wherever.
At least 5 where I am at.
