Instead of wasting company time trying to intimidate employees and bitterly logging on Facebook to see how your friends are living better lives than yours, why don't you guys do your bitch ass jobs. The reason the HR department is spending time and money on on matters of insignificance, is probably because they don’t have any matters of significance to handle. Your staff has serious problems that need attention. Bad management. Underperforming employees. Overworked departments. We need competent engineers, not clowns. We have enough of them in this f---ing circus.
