Whatever you may think , I can see the pain in the managers eyes as they escort employees out. I wil miss my coworkers. I lost 2 of the most helpful today. I'm not sure what direction we will go now but hopefully we are done for a while.

I'm sure you are right. We are down to bare bones. It doesn't look promising.
When your division and product line gets down to the barebones, I can only suggest you start looking because this is where the management will end up transferring to another location and working at a product line they know nothing about. They are sad to let you go but even more sad that they know they are going to be transferring to another shop or be laid off. Which ends up happening anyway in the long run.
Pain in the Managers eyes you think, it's not pain my friend but crocodile tears. Management in this useless company will continue until they lay off everyone bar themselves. Only then will they realise that they know sod all about how to put together a job and then get it out the door on time. Beware management you are gonna have to get your hands dirty and then we'll find out who the people that knew the job were !!!!

You know what really sucks? The people at our shop are fantastic. All but 4 field techs gone and bare bones in the shop. Everyday they stack more and more changes in what we have to do and how. All the while when we were busy no one cared one bit. Now to get a pencil you need 3 forms and 3 have to ok the po. Now they want more. 9% pay cut and 2 days off a month. Come on. I think that its time to move on.
Sure whatever. They won't care when they kick your ass out the door either.
