MyWork or Not MyWork

My lord, MyWork or Not MyWork, we all schedule our lives around our job. There are just as many non-value-added associates that come into the office as there is in MyWork.

We have become a society who thinks they are entitled to everything without working. Just because someone doesn't answer your MOC doesn't mean they are ignoring you or being lazy, start giving people the benefit of the doubt until otherwise proven.

Make the most of what your given and I am sure that you waiting on one persons response isn't holding up every single thing you have to do. Yes it absolutely stinks the talent that has been lost at BAC for reasons no one knows and certainly can't understand while the 'get along' associates remain. There is reasons for that too I am sure.

For those of us that remain with BAC through the many transitions should say a prayer that you have a job (many people would scoop it up in a heartbeat) and pray for the ones who have been displaced. And lastly, stop tearing each other up for their opinion and view, I mean geeze and we wonder why the company is in turmoil.

Focus on you, do your job well and you probably won't even notice the 'slackers'.

My work is going to be a thing in the past at BodA. I agree that those who still have jobs should pray for those who lost theirs. But it's completely wrong for folks to lose their jobs when most contributed years to make the company successful and join a my work program so they can give more to the company only to be targeted for being on that program. Or being targeted for living in the wrong location. It's wrong!!! So I would also pray for those who was left behind to deal with a culture that treat employees as just numbers on a paper.

Agreed. Mywork may not be for everyone which is why it's manager discretion. For those it's good for, it's a mutually beneficial relationship.
