Rumours say Mr Hanky is replacing you lot with family and friends. True?
Paying 113 people off to reduce head count but creating 22 jobs someone must have future plans? Apart from management going i think they should of looked at certain individuals such as painters being on the sick more than they work or do jobs as and when it suits them and 1 or 2 of their labourers do sweet fa and fitters blowing up valves and not getting sacked. But its people like me that have worked hard and get the push
Who writes this stuff, yes pay offs, to reduce the head count. But closing, no way. Are all the other oil companies closing that have paid staff off !!!!!!!!!
It is probably the only way that they will get rid of management that continually get rewarded for failure!!
