Betty, as you call her, with such blatant disregard for her feelings will never get the chop, she is immortal,a true legend, a wonderful human being,bakers mother teresa and pricess diana rolled into one.softly spoken with deep compassion for everyone.All treated fairly and with the utmost respect.She moves with grace and is a beacon of light for us all in our hour of need.Florence nightingale has nothing on Betty, our Betty, our one and only Betty, god bless you.

Good idea and fair but we know betty aint that
Give them garden leave until you make your minds up who is going and who is staying. And that is garden leave with pay. Expecting them to come to work and act as normal is ridiculous.
There is a policy and there is doing it with dignity which this lot have failed to do senting the guys home again,,,, hope a real HR person looks at these posts and helps these guys
