They got the wrong people at West Hardy. They kept the liars, bull sh--ters and unqualified managers. Craig Pickett went from a planner2 to a Materials Manager, really? The guy does not know a thing about materials, cannot recognize an insert nose from his own brown nose. The only thing he knows is to suck the right d.... Robin the secretary is now responsible for spending company money! She doesn't have a clue, but I guess she also knows to suck the right one. Gill the great bull sh--ter that makes up stories to cover her incompetence and taught the planners to the same, by the way planners over there cannot really plan and stock out of parts all the time. There are still a few good people left but if they keep the same managers and people with no soul or heart like College they won't be able to suceed.

Gill is still there, amazing that the one that always said she didn't need the job, that she only works for "vacation money" and if anybody tells her not to work from home and not to bull sh-- she will quit and without her they can't run West Hardy. She always had lied and bull sh-- her way out of trouble instead of doing he job. She had never worked an honest 40 hour week. Even the people that work for her talk bad about her, being an incompetent control freak bitch. Too bad for the people left at West Hardy.

Robin, Gill, Pickett and Dyson...great combination. They don't really know sh..t about high temp electronics or mechanical components for LWD. Too bad for WHR. The planning (Gill) was always terrible, excuses and lies all the time. Now without the help of engineering they can't buy anything at a good price and good quality. All of them are a full of sh-- and will spend more money than necessary and also screw the few good vendors that still do business with West Hardy.

Amanda Craig may as well work for langham creek. Everyone knows she takes kick backs from vendors. Now that the last finance guy is leaving it leaves inexperienced folk doing crucial work. Engineers working in WHSE positions makes for most expensive WHSE in history. But run it like its FT Worth. Everything will be fine. Craig and Darrel will find a way to make tools without high temp electronic experience. GO WEATHERFORD!
Actually I am still working at WHR I was just making a point that some of the people that were laid off are more competent than the people left doing their jobs.
