A previous post said it all....you want fries with that!!! People are hired based on their relations to the president. Customers complain about the lack of knowledge of the sales staff and their inability to talk outside what is written in their reference guides. The patents are coming to an end....any brains left to come up with new ideas outside burgers and fries? Business is going downhill.....it is obvious why!! The boss can smile and talk a great talk but there needs to be something behind the pearly whites and hair gel!!

You don't really believe that the lack of sales right now is due to salesmen do you? Drill pipe is the LAST thing purchased during a downturn because the DC's own their pipe. It didn't matter if you had all 10,000 years of experience . . .no customers needing anything means no sales.
