I was looking in my refrigerator after work tonite and got to thinking is management worried about if they have enough food, no I do not think so, and then all I could think of is ," this is what they came up with Furlough to the people that have stayed so far,and now the big test is coming for the ones that stay". We know now for the 2nd year in a row no pay increase and they will continue to take from those who stay. The plant I work at has almost more management than hourly labor workers, and the sad thing is the management could not even run the equipment that makes weatherford the money! And their management is loosing less than the workers. Furlough is just a new way of screwing the workers to fatten their bottom line of bonuses. A recap of what they have done to the workers, first take away our sick pay bonus, then trap our vacation so we could not accrue any more time, and lastly cancel any vacation at the end of this year and now we have to borrow vacation from weatherford.
So the people that can afford to stay, well they are now look at you as a mindless sheep and they will continue. I say f--- you mr president and your cronies and I hope you eventually end up in jail!
