Imagine going from make 60+k a year including OT to a full 50% cut when it was cut out, going to 4 10s now being cut back to 32 a week and cost of insurance increasing ... I know of one individual still working there who's bleeding financially with all of these cuts and I'm sure he's not the only one. Better pick up a part time job is all I can say.

I am a employees and a lot off us try to leave but there is just no one that is really hiring I guess it's cause we still have jobs here and there hiring more off the ppl thst have no job like all the ppl that got laid off and it's not easy to just to a new career either.
Heard it's bad over there. I was a former employee too who got laid off from there. Heard today from a friend who still works there they had a meeting with everyone and they are only letting them work 32 hours and also going on furlough. And to top it all off they are no longer matching their employees 401k. I was worried when I got let go but found another job.took a 2 dollar pay cut but the overtime I'm getting plus the incentive pay is killing what I was making at weatherford. I don't see how anyone working there as a hourly haso not quit yet. It's a shame.
