Q cannot compete on cost in America, therefore if it wants to survive its business must be moved to southeast asia

But for years Q has always been laying off some every month, in low numbers, so they don't have to report it on "WARN" while hiring new people at the same time.
It's a monthly revolving door....
are all these new layoffs ....or from the last time.....seems like 820 has not worked out financially ....only is marketing and media
