I've heard on some teams the brownies are getting filtered out, for sure my team it's happening.

Many H1Bs got kicked too in Qualcomm, Boulder. So no one is replacing Americans with H1Bs at QC, Boulder. Its just collateral damage and it will go both way.
I've seen only 1 American so far who was pissed about why other H1Bs stayed and he has to go. Well, if he could have spent more time working than (running/cycling/gym) working out 6 hours a day, he could have survived.
Now he can work out Full Time :). RIP.
