My last post was very negative; however, my last comment about hope they end up in jail is because of their own making; moreover, this company was on 60 minutes two times in one year. And because our company has so much browed money we paid the price and they stayed out of jail! But moving on to todays post, biting the hand that feeds you it directed at the top brass. Instead of taking away from the workers you should stop spending money like drunken wh--es and take a 50 percent wage decrease until you get this right! And no damn bonuses or expense accounts. And not only restore our benefits give us a raise from last year you still owe us!
This was a simple fix and still can be had if you hire an outside contractor and audit every facially, And what I mean by audit is study how much management is really needed. Stop the management duplication and sometimes triplication. We have some bosses that are in charge of less than 4 people and 4 or 5 of the exact same positon. With this type of leadership my division should be the best in the world! But nope, they are only good at overriding NCRs !
And lastly stop this low cost outsourcing, more rig operators will buy from us in the USA if we make it in the USA. They will pay more and just charge the consumer! And yes I know that we are a international corporation, but each country likes products made in their country! China and Central America do not do that much business with us.
