Salaries in EVERY industry are taking a nose dive right now and I need something to believe in....

Salaries and wages haven't kept up with inflation and productivity gains over the last 30 years. I see jobs on craigslist postings that start at $10-12/hr. Twenty years ago I was making that working in a non-union factory!

I now work for another global company that's much larger and far better managed than WFT, I'm no longer working in O&G but I still have friends in O & G who are suffering. Salaries are also crazy low outside of the industry.
Ray of hope? Find a job at a better managed company!
