I can't believe nobody has talked about limping napoleon and his minions in the machine shop. You talk about worthless leadership and scared of their own shadows asst sup and leads. Zero respect for the so called management team. It's about time to see these folks carrying some boxes of there belongings out the door.
I honestly doubt that was from "Upper Management". The grammatical errors in the post are terrible. If I were a betting person, I would bet that Kaitlin caught wind of this page and is making an anonymous statement. I think it would be funny if this ended up in the mailbox of Guido, Welborn or even someone higher up and there were to be an investigation on the things that matter. Not the goofy stuff being said because we all know that this could be anyone. Most likely they are employees but it could be a past employee as well. Heck, I may be a current or an ex employee. You will never know. I do agree with some of the things that have been said though. This place was a good place to work at a few years ago and as more and more management were added, most of them with no prior experience in managing people or taught how to, it became worse and worse.
Then the bust hit and all of these so called great managers that never managed people before didn't know what to do when things weren't so good as they once were. Somehow they keep pulling the wool over the eyes of someone above them though. Sad to see the place go downhill so quick.
If that last post was actually from "upper management" I feel sorry for all of you. BURN! Shouldn't drag others down and talk trash, especially during work hours when you are supposed to be working!
I honestly think it is not only sad, but also very repulsive. To think grown men act and speak like little boys. It shows you have no argument or a leg to stand on when insults and such derogatory comments are made.
Adults will only take people serious that not only presents themselves in a certain manner,but also that can respectfully articulate themselves.
It is just a matter of time before you are found. I can only hope that when you are found that you are given the same respect as you have given others. Just because a website such as this sadenly allows you to post anonymously does not mean that you are actually anonymous.

I write this letter as an extremely concerned and disgruntled employee in the Mechanical, Assembly, Test, and Coat department. I have had this letter written for quite some time but have debated in sending it in hopes that things would get better. I have 20 years in the work force of which around half have been with this company and I have never seen a group of supervisors, and manager as worthless as we have now.
This group of supervisors and manager are COMPLETELY incompetent and ineffective in managing people. Through many discussions with my co-workers the general consensus is the same. Morale is at a point where just about everyone wants to just walk out.
Right now morale is the worst I have ever seen in this group, worse than when we did not get a bonus two years ago. That is pretty bad considering the firestorm it created when we didn’t get one and the grade 11’s and above got one. This is no exaggeration. We had people bidding on other jobs that they didn’t even want just to get out of this group.
With all the leads, assistant supervisors, supervisors, and Manager I don’t have enough hands to count them all. This group has earned absolutely zero confidence or respect from the employees. Pretty much anything they touch gets screwed up, and then they cannot admit their mistakes and try to point blame somewhere else.
When we have customers in the building we would look even more incompetent than we do if it weren’t for the project managers taking care of things and communicating with us.
Bret Thoma- Does not take care of his responsibilities that keep us on track. Does not know what the hell he is doing and is completely lazy. Has an arrogant attitude most of the time. He demonstrates zero leadership qualities. Is the laughing stock of this entire facility.
Fred Cruger- Heck of a nice guy, but communicates absolutely nothing to us. Forgets what you told him 5 minutes ago.
Alex Grazier- This one takes the grand prize. Completely disrespectful to employees, talks down to us, talks to us like we are stupid, shakes her head and rolls her eyes right to our face if she does not like to hear what we have to say. Has NO business managing people, has not tact whatsoever when correcting someone. Walks by here employees and won’t even look at us or acknowledge us like we are beneath her. I could go on and on about her, but I think this should get the point across.
Kaitlin Milford- Just a mini-me version of Alex with all the same bad qualities.
With this entire group of so called supervisors and manager, we cannot think of one positive thing to say about any of them.
I don’t know if it would help if any of you did one on one conversation with us, or some type of town hall meeting. Most of us fear repercussion if we speak up, especially now with force reductions.
I did not want to do letter like this, but see no other way in trying to fix things.
I have several more copies ready to send off to the next two people up the chain, and Halliburton leadership so they now what is going on here when they take over if things don’t change.
Please help us in making changes.
