The employees are our most valuable asset - remember that one? Makes me feel soo good when they tell us that in all hands, not. Then when profits starts falling, the first thing out the door is the most valuable assets. The remaining, less valuable, assets then get no raises, RSUs or bonus, effectively getting forced to take a 10%-30% salary cut, or leave. Add to that all the benefits trimming and that might add another 5% to the pay cut. Meanwhile, executive suite rakes in 300+ times more then the average employee and stock holders get a nice dividend increase. Do you still feel good about being the most valuable asset for Q?

kge: That means SM and his minions are dumber than I thought. When people leave with no package, the company can't keep them from saying whatever they want. Thanks to the internet, word gets around fast. They will have problems attracting and retaining quality people.
