I doubt you have 3100 HRS of sick time but leaving can save you from a heart attack or a nervous break down!

That's 77.5 years at the normal 40 hours per year that they give, I'm not saying you haven't put in that time but maybe it was time to retire anyways.
3100 hrs of unused sick time - consider that gone and no way you'll be compensated for 'sick time'. BHI doesn't pay for accumulated sick time and for sure vacation time as i remember. Sick and vacation time does not roll over from year to year.
