It was just announced that GBS will lay off 750 out of roughly 3000+ employees in Benelux region. Looking at the quarterly results, GBS was still profitable and growing year over year and quarter over quarter recently. Not sure why GBS has to take the fall as compared to the divisions which are in loss every quarter e.g. GTS

Sounds like moving the jobs to India or a location in Eastern Europe. Fortunately, in the Benelux (Belgium probably more so than The Netherlands), you should be getting a better package than in most other countries.
