What's it mean, who knows. One the thing for sure is Joe Laymon, VP of HR has empowered this man Adam Bellone to lead the review and determine who is left standing or not. I guess it's time to get some tats, do some shots, be female, grab a beer and get a bandana.

@bwel, you sound more like a HR person I know and who I will call out by name and also provide examples of your poor performance, if I randomly receive a survey. Don't worry about my name either, as it's not important. Your job in HR is to treat everyone honestly and fairly. It's your turn for payback.

I'm already a female with tats and a belly-ring, love bandannas as scarves or accessories, Have a great DD chest that I am proud of and work out 4 days a week to keep my killer abs perfect, and am a sucker for shots and beer. I am also a sucker for other things if I like you enough, but don't hold your breath. HR people do nothing for me. Neither do spineless cowards who post rude comments with other peoples names in them without giving their own name, hiding anonymously like wusses.

HR "business partners" at Chevron are the worse than those depicted in "Dilbert." They have the lowest skills, and would throw their own siblings under the bus to gain favor with their mother.

IT automation has made their positions a target for extreme RIFs across the country. At Chevron they are only there to report to and protect the management team they support. The Boston Consulting Group has identified the rancid HR system at Chevron and now, after the major layoffs, their time has come. Not even government or teaching has such a high head count of "HR professionals."

HR has become little more than skinny little ho's who think they're "somebody", because management talks to them (I mean,... just look at management,... pathetic clowns who, if they didn't have their "position", couldn't get a woman to look at them), wiggling their butts up and down the halls, and the "men" are all phaggots. One has to wonder what all these posers DO all day! They're a scourge on any organization.
