Makes me sick. Dedicated over 15+ years of my life and got axed and Moynihan’s dashing around in the private jet. Nice. None of the "higher up's" give a rats assabout the psychological impact getting laid off has on a person. They keep you in the dark and feed you BS while you're still there to get the most work out of you. People end up doing the work for 3-4 FTE's because they're afraid if they don't they'll get let go...don't worry folks, even as you're handling a workload of 3-4 FTE's you're still on the chopping block -after you've "shared your knowledge" they cut you off...karma is a bitch BOFA. Oh and to add insult to injury if you get unemployment your benefits are loaded to a BOFA debit card. Have to laugh because if I don't I'll just keep crying.

Out of everything that has happened at Bank of America over the past few years, this is the slap in the face final straw on the associates' back. "Do as I say, not as I do". Incredible amounts of industry knowledge held in the form of long term associate employment is thrown away by the addition of a name on a list but the CEO gets flown on a freaking private jey to work 1400 miles round trip. This will be the downfall of this company. Several years ago they had the mandatory "enablers" bullshit. First thing they brought up companies that were strong 5 years ago, but not now. Guess what, BofA will be there too. All because they do not value their people.

In 2015 this 'perk' cost approximately $380,000. I wonder how many Bank of America employees could have kept their jobs instead.
