Hub cities, are they the inner circle, otherwise is doom if you are outside that boundary line? Seems the vision is just that, create boundary lines and if you live outside and not willing to move, you can't get hired and wont be kept?

What is the definition of a hub city exactly? What are those cities if anyone had knowledge
There will always be exceptions - expect it only for band 3s and above. That's what defines a great place to work, keeping the B3+ crowd feeling good about themselves. For the rank and file, B4 and below, if you can't get into a hub location, you're F'd. Some people live in the real world, others just get to enjoy life enveloping themselves in the unfairness of it all, as they relish the spoils of their good fortune. Pride cometh before the fall. I lean atheist, but something inside me hopes a judgement awaits those who fall victim to their own misplaced self-worth. Their usually too arrogant to even notice it. Ain't it cool.
