I was part of the 4/20 layoffs. Does anyone know if and how i can redeem my global recognition points i had saved up? I hadlike 6000 points on there and hate to let them go to waste now that I'm no longer with the bank. Thanks in advance

The appreciation Points balance will expire 30 calendar days from the date of termination. So move fast. You need to contact OC Tanner at 1-888-884-6614. They'll send you a link (check your junk folder for it BUT DONT OPEN IT if it is in your junk folder-if you open when it's in your JUNK box it will render the link useless. Move to your inbox THEN open. Redeem your rewards points! You got taxed on the "award amount" so don't leave the points on the table. Sorry to hear you got let go.. best of luck.

Go to waste? 6000 points for some largely useless crap from this most pathetic way of so called rewarding people for a job well done. How about a better raise instead of some ridiculous explanation about why the bank can't do decent raises except for BM. That recognition program is BS. Forced to pay taxes on useless crap whether or not you want it. Shame can't just donate it to charity and have the bank pay the income tax on it. Who needs it.
