I consulted with a lawyer. They need a "smoking gun" to proceed. Like an email or letter from HR which admits discrimination. They need three elements, like are you a member of the group ( race, age, etc.), have you been treated unfairly (yes, laid off), is there any physical evidence of being discriminated against (good luck)
What is RMA
Don't think the RMA account is fully understood and or how it's paid out! Plus, unless you dig deep in to your 'rewards' / benefits account, you'll never know if you have it or not!
