They have been harping on about a merger for a while. They have been being really shady and management mainly some prick names James has been using every little thing to get rid of people he doesn't like. As well as saying we need help and he hires his buddies cousin and his friends and expects everyone else to work. Bakersfield chemical plant is really crappy when it comes to work. They seriously need to get rid James Williams. He is a f---ing prick.

Who do you think runs baker hughes?? Not the managers?? i do believe its HR yes that right HR and the managers suck up to them you know?? You have to be in the circle!! It's HR that's shady
It's not just n Bakersfield, all of Baker's chemical plants have pricks for management. Especially the so called plant directors.
