I'm on EWA at a call center and was told my daily call numbers are higher than the average unionized rep. Same holds true for many of us.
You think we actually are unaware of the real numbers we have people on the inside who are laughing at the current situation yes we are friends with management people working EWA.
That's because people in India, the Philippines, Costa Rica and Tijuana among others are taking most of the calls and American customers can't understand them and hang up/give up because they barely speak english. Is that a future you support? Outsourcing American jobs? Scabs are truly idiots and do not realize that they are ruining their own futures by not standing up against this crap, which the union is. You are welcome.
