Qualcomm doesn't do quarterly review. Appraisal process was twice a year but now it has been reduced to once a year. Management has a very lenient view towards appraisal. Just more "make-work" jobs to justify having so many people in management.
What are the severance packages like. It says a lot when they lay everyone off and then have to give retention bonuses to keep people.
