IT at Intel has been ruined by NON-IT managers/directors/VPs leading the IT organization.
Was there no where ELSE in Intel that these people from the factories could be fitted ?
THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING, JUST DELEGATE THEIR WORK TO OTHERS TO COMPLETE FOR THEM.
