60/962 qualified for ISP. Average age of ISP 47. Average age of not selected 39. What do you guys think? According to these numbers another 40 will likely loose their job from VSPs. Have you done a similar analysis for your title and Business Unit?

They've got a formula and their sticking to it!
Given that younger workers are more likely to be grade 6 or below, and grade 6 and below are not eligible for SSL4, and SSL4 led to ISP, this doesn't surprise me.
I think the trend is similar to last year's if you happen to have a copy of that it would be useful to compare.
Nice work. What you have looks coerrect. I've seen a couple of analysis models using that data.
