Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Right on poster -ptu! You da man. I did the same thing. Spent sh.itloads of money overseas on "training assignment". The lads in Ireland were great. We drank loads of beer on the intel bill. The lads did not give a sh.it if I even showed up so I wandered all over the country and charged intel for it. Irish chicks are great but the Russians girls who work in the hotels are awesome!

And yes you are right intel is a POS company. I welcome the day intel stock drops in to the single digits. Fcuk You Intel managers! And double fcuk you if you try to track me. Try tracking me through the tor proxy vpn interwebs beeatches.

Intel is a large company with an assy line of workers. They do NOT have to go outside of the company to replace you. All they have to do is can you and give your work or your place to a junior engineer who is already working there. That junior engineer is then replaced by an RCG and the line moves.

All legal. Take your lawsuit to someone who cares.

I was told by an attorney that if you are over 40 you can sue if they told you they are eliminating your poisition and then they fill the position with someone younger. It is legal to replace a 50 year old employee with a 24 year employee as long as the 24 year old can do the job. Capisci?

Intel has proven itself to be a highly unethical, immoral, unprofessional company. The proof is in the pudding:

-They do not promote employee loyalty or growth.

-They scapegoat classes of employees to meet headcount reduction quota irrespective of performance.

-They don't take responsibility for their own actions and instead, chose to humiliate, instult, and tarnish the professional reputation of hard working professionals.

-Management behavior is like that of snobbish nobility.

-IC's are micromanaged and pushed to get work tasks done by any means possible, including threats, insults, and mental abuse.

-They create a toxic and hostile environment, pitting coworkers against eachother.

-The list goes on...

I am 50+ years old, and INTEL tried many times to get rid of me. But, finally, before April 2016, I got rid of them... This peace of trash/sh.it company, and all their idiot useless managers and directors. I exited when I finally did two things: they put lot of monies last two years into me to get me to be high performer, and when they expect me to make them millions (already made some of their plans, initially).

Ouch.. It hurts! LOL F--- you, INTEL! :-)))

85%+ of 2015 ISP were over 50. Intel has to provide you with a spreadsheet, by law, showing the break down.
