For me it will always be to LEAVE crappiest company INTEL. This was my conclusion even before the layoffs were announced.
I have received no ERP, ISP, VSP. Let Intel make VSP available as voluntary to every employee and watch those re-employable flee.
Question is WHEN in the next few months. Once I set my mind.. there won't be any stopping.
Jobs in CA are dime a dozen for people with portable non-Intel skills and non-Intel experience. People who stayed at Intel too long will certainly have problems getting rehired outside Intel.
