Actions Speak Louder than Worlds: BK just sold ~1/7 of his Intel stock for over $2M

Intel Co. (NASDAQ:INTC) CEO Brian M. Krzanich sold 71,413 shares of the company’s stock in a transaction on Monday, May 23rd. The shares were sold at an average price of $30.35, for a total value of $2,167,384.55. Following the completion of the sale, the chief executive officer now directly owns 462,054 shares in the company, valued at approximately $14,023,338.90.

Top execs routinely sell large amounts of stock on a schedule. They probably don't even directly oversee the sales. They have to scheduled and published under stringent SEC rules. To the person saying 1/7th for 7 years you do know he will keep getting that amount or more every year right ? :)

He is probably selling 1/7 of his shares each year for the next 7 years. Which is a reasonable strategy.

I think execs have to file months in advance that they want to sell. It will be interesting to see if he sells off stock now w some regularity.
