Now that INTC is behind me, I want to catch up, preferably within the next 90 days. Feel no point crying over what went wrong there - not my concern. If the demand is really hot for Cloud/ Big Data areas, then what would be a few good courses, (preferably Coursera, Udemy) to get on track

You sound like a tool. No one that actually does real cloud platforms use any of those buzzwords. Those buzzwords are reserved for people in marketing and sales because they don't know anything technical.
