10 months ago I was ISP. Always received a Success, never received a verbal or written warning. I had 30 days to leave, but my manager kept trying to get me to leave instantly. On the last day that bastard acted like a dick and treated me like I was fired.
Today, that a$$ was perp walked to the door....LOL. I can't wait to see that bastard sometime and let him know how I really feel!
I knew a 2015 ISP, they told him on a Tuesday and said he had until Friday and even that was optional...where'd the 30 days come from?

Here is rude. I got the ISP last year (have to admit I earned it. Learned how to skate and play the system, until sl4/5. ). Was taken into a conference room for a 1:1 with my boss and his boss and I was notified. Why both bosses? My boss was given the ISP on the previous friday. His boss punted.
two sides to every story folks, some mgrs are bad, some employees are bad. Sometimes its both. The fact that someone said perp walked says quite a bit about that particular person.
I have hundreds of IP address fcukwad. I guess most employees do not even have the basic IT skills to cover their tracks. Dumbphucks.

ISP in 2015 were not treated like they are 2016. Intel gave them 30 days to stay and work if they wanted. And my manager was escorted to the door today too.
