Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

ISP docs to be signed and sent in by May 31, even if u don't hear back regarding your appeal by then

Called the transition center and they said docs need to be signed and sent in by May 31, to make sure u r entered in the system and eligible for variable separation pay. is that correct? Also if u have appealed and not heard back, still asked to sign and send in ISP docs. Thoughts?

May 31st deadline is if you are taking the 12 months health insurance option. Otherwise, you have 45 days to sign an send the form back to Intel.

What if you're getting a lawyer, I assume sign nothing.

Not a lawyer don't know.

Check with your lawyer if you have one.
